Praying does not help to change the situation. It helps to feel oneself better, but not more.

believe me the result of pray is more than you imagine of course with working but the force is giving by god

Don't talk about praying if you didn't try it before … I do not have to explain more because people who pray for Allah know what does prayers do….

if me , i want someone to help me ,maybe i will say the name of my friends,but i think the most useful way is talking to myself ,i wiil tell me to stand up ,and do what i can  ,maybe i will think of the allah ,but i think it must be no use .only i can help myself ,i means that they can help themselves .everything will be fine .i hate the war ,but i dont know how to stop it .
