You will go on many adventures in your life. Some adventures will bring you to far off places. Other adventures will be closer to home. Like, going to school or starting a new job. Most adventures reach a point where you can’t go back. When you start a new job, you probably can’t change your mind and go back to your old job. At that point, you are definitely committed to your new job. You are past the point of no return.

When you are past the point of no return, it means that you are unable to go back. You are committed to a plan. If you have a baby, you probably can’t change your mind and un-have the baby. Nope. You should have no regrets about committing to your baby. Move forward with positive thoughts and everything should turn out OK. Got it?

Kelsey and Andy are shooting a scene from the film. Watch as Nestor tries to explain to Andy why he’s past the point of no return in today’s English lesson.

Brad:  31 Alpha, take 1.

Nestor:  Action!

Andy_H:  I think we should go back!

Kelsey:  We can’t go back! We’re past the point of no return!

Andy_H:  Perhaps, we’re past the point of no return, but are we past the point of going back?

Nestor:  CUT!

Andy_H:  What’s wrong? What’s wrong?

Nestor:  The line is “... past the point of no regrets.”

Kelsey:  I’m so sorry. I don’t know how I messed that up!

Nestor:  Your line is fine. Andy’s line is “... past the point of no regrets.”

Andy_H:  Oh?!

Nestor:  You can’t go back because of everything that’s happened, and you all know that now. But you regret having continued. OK?

Andy_H:  Got it! Hm. Ah, man! I didn’t think of that. I wish I’d thought of that last scene. Hey, can we go back, and maybe…?

Nestor:  Nope.

Andy_H:  I just feel like I could have done it better if I would just…

Nestor:  Nope. We’re past the point of no return, Andy. There’s no going back. But you can still regret.

Andy_H:  Oh?!

Nestor:  That’s a joke. Because it’s the same as the script.

Andy_H:  Oh…

Nestor:  Nobody?

Andy_H:  No…

Nestor:  Nevermind. Let’s go again!

Andy_H:  OK. I don’t think he’s funny.

Brad slates the scene. Nestor calls action. Kelsey and Andy start acting. Nestor calls cut because Andy messed up a line. He says, “...past the point of going back,” when the correct line is, “...past the point of no regrets.”

Nestor corrects Andy’s line. Andy finally understands what the line means and wants to go back to redo the last scene. Nestor tells him they can’t do that because they are past the point of no return. Nestor tries to make a joke, but no one gets it. He’s just not that funny.

When is the last time you were past the point of no return? Did you have any regrets?

I was past the point of no return years ago when I didn’t accept one job offer and stayed with the old job. I can’t go back to accept that offer. I do have regret for that.

I changed my job and relocated to a new country some 6 months ago. After that I suddenly realized that I was past the point of no return and there was no going back. I had stayed in my prior job for about 10 years and I was familiar with everything in that job, the work and the team. I thought it would be easy for me to take on new challenges after serving a company for 10 years and start my new life. However, I regretted making such a big change in my life. I do not like the new job at all. What’s even worse was I lost my lover after making this change. I am looking for an opportunity to go back to my prior job but obviously it is impossible since I am past the point of no return.

Yes, I did. My last past the point of no return was for some weeks ago. I must deside if I confirm the possibility of a apply of a job offer. And I dit it. I confirmed my willingness for this job. So, I past the point of no return – the apply process is in progress now.

The Last Joke

Yemen

In fact , I have been Past the Point of No Return many times in my life , but I’ll tell you one of them :

 🔵In Ebaby , before 4 years ago …
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
I still remembering  those days when I was alone in Ebaby ..
in that point of my life where I couldn’t see any hope in Ebaby  .

💛She(my friend ) came to Ebaby and  brought me the light of hope and paved me through the right way in Ebaby ..
💚She supported me and stood beside me in every ups and downs of my life
💜In Ebaby ,,She was  the sunshine in my days and the moonlight of my nights

Suddenly ,, the things  went wrong between me and her ..unfortunately ,we had reached Past  the Point of No Return ( we couldn’t go back and be friend anymore ! ) ...

Frankly , I think I was not so strong,
She walked out and I kept looking for her .
💓💔💕
Now , honestly ,I am still waiting for her to be back in my life and to be back in Ebaby .
 💓💔💕
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
⚫My biggest  regret would be not being able to face the truth that   “I have been so selfish ”  , and completing relationship with her..
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
⚫By the way : When i feel regret, when i feel guilty and embarrassed by what I’ve done, I am motivated to undo the wrongful things I  did and make better .
Any way in sha Allah ان شاء الله( God will ) I will be more careful decisions in the future…Honestly , I don’t like to be Past the Point of No Return anymore !
  ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

🔴We all learn and grow from our regrets .
