Chinese conversations....are they correct?

And you? better should be translated into:我备课和运动。 A.) 上海新天地是个贵的地方吗？ Is Shanghai Xintiandi an expensive place? better should be translated into: 上海新天地消费高吗？ it is not the place that is expensive,it is a place that consume us a lot. in my view

it is not the place that is expensive,it is a place that consume us a lot. in my view
