Jajani Sri Lanka	"Hast thou found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for thee, lest thou be filled therewith, and vomit it." _{The Bible- Proverbs 25: 16} Here's a wise counsel about how to handle things we enjoy. Whatever we like can become a source of sickness, if we do it too much or have too much of it. Food is the example here, and certainly any food can be an opportunity for overindulgence. But what about other things? What do we like to do or to have? If we like to shop, fine—just keep within our budget. Do we enjoy movies or romance novels? Enjoy "just enough" so that our pleasures are a blessing, not a curse.
