i'm chinese girl,i don't konw how to improve the oral english ,so i'm very terrible!

i konw more practise is the best way ,but i find nobody like to chat with me.who can

Try to read as much as you can in English, there are also a lot of websites that offer text and listening material in real life English, like this site.  Some very good sites for pronunciation.

One thing I always like is to learn words to songs :) it's fun and it helps you say the sounds correctly. Good luck and don't give up your practice … try to do something everyday … I promise you will improve.

try watching movies or any short videos on dvd or cd. After listening to the dialogue line per line, pause it and imitate what was said or how it said. This also improves your pronounciation and your listening comprehension.
