Hello everyone,

Let's learn more by knowing more idioms. What do you think? Could you bring more idioms with its definition.

Idioms are used mostly in different daily conversations and typical situations.

For me this is the first idioms. Could please continue?:

come rain or shine – it could be in relation to the vagaries of the weather, but it is not always necessarily so. Suppose you are in an enclosed office, you might say "I am going to finish this project by this evening, come rain or shine.", would mean that you are determined to finish the project despite any possible interruptions.
