Today, in English Translate subject, I had lesson about Vicent Vangogh!
He's so awesome...
It's my first time I knew about his profile, his deeply darkside emotion and his worthy picture he painted.
My teacher gave us,a lyric of Vincent(Stary,Stary Nigh) by Don Mclean, to translate practicing. Also told us story about his darkness life.
You know.. when the song was played with Vangogh's self-portraits were moving on screen,I'm so depressed. The words in lyric affected me. I think I understand the insanity he showed.
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free......
Artists always suffer... That's truth?
Perhaps,sad story is a best energy to create something precious?
I don't know...
By the way.
I wrote a poem in class. Its topic is Street of Bangkok.
You know I've just wrote it this morning... So lazy~ haha
Ah,I'm not sure it correct,because my teaher not comment yet.
Street of BangKok
From the narrow windows of a moving cabinet-cube,
Which runs through along the high bridge way that was built
I see many little cars stand in row like ants' line
They have slow steps, unlike hurry in their eyes
In a crowed cabinet-cube I set,
With people as many as it can get
Are we all stranger?
Maybe voiceless and smileless faces can answer
I walk downstairs to the ground,
Have a stroll alone in the town
Hardly care the sound of sky-train that's around
I'm one of the coldy people you found
Eh...?
