I think many chinese is familiar with dumplings.Because eating dumplings is a New Year tradition.

This weekend we will have a little party with my friends.They advise to make dumplings by oueselves.Oh,that's a good idea.so we prepared the stuffings yesterday.we bought pork,celery,carrot and shallot.Put them into pieces and mixed.the color is so beautiful.

But there was a little accident,when i cut the carrot,my figure was injured,loose much blood.it is painful to me.I am afraid i can't make dumplings today。It is a pity that i can't show you how we make dumplings because i don't  have a camera.But i am sure the dumplings is delicious.
