Friends,
Most of us feels our life as hard & tough one..We are always under this or that strain..by some how I came to know an teqnique,which I can say"as the power of silence"...I want to share with all of my friends here.
I have come to know about the different layers of silence...the first layer of silence is the silence of speech...we all are familiar with it...it's very easy to understand....just don.t speak...practice for a few hours or minutes & you will know the beauty of it..during this pracice we just don't speak but other activties of expression remains as they are...
A little next is when we stop expressing our selves through signs...just we don't express in any way...
action & reactions continue in our mind but we just don't expresss them..
Next layer of silence is when we stop reacting...we just close ourself from outside world what ever is happening we let that happen,we just not bother about any thing but feelings remain therebut we just don't react them .
next layer of silence is where we stop feeling the feelings,it's difficultto touch this layer directly,we need some support & the best & existential support we can take is of breathing which is happening contineously by itself....we just become aware of breathing ,we just feel the breathing happening by itself....& absorb our selfin it..by & by as we absorb in it...some thing else happens whenby chance we jump to another layer of silence ,that is the silence of being....of isness..
just travell through this journey& know the ecstacy of our being, which will refresh you & you will start enjoying life..
Life is boring just because we don't live it.Just be a little watchful of the breatheing process & you will realise the point where life exists& you will start clebrating it.
