We are all really “eye-reflections.” What you are to me is but a reflection of what I see within my own eye as I am to you. What you perceive me to be within your own visional and perceptional conception is as one taking a photo of themselves as another sees them. I can be no better or worse than what another sees in me, as they can only be as good or bad as I see them. So if I see any bad in another it is because that is what I choose to perceive – or it could be a bad camera setting such as a poorly set shutter speed.

It is my thought that what I see of another is exactly that – I mean to say, if I see someone or something as being beautiful, it is because I have chosen to see it that way. In taking “good” or “bad” photographs many things are applied such as composition, light, color, landscape, focus, shutter speed, etc. It can be said too of looking at others and deciding their quality as it applies to each of us. As taking a photo of someone or something, it is of the photographer first to decide what he or she wishes to “shoot.” Then he or she chooses the time of day as to the use of natural lightening – in that they desire to use natural lightening versus artificial lightening – anyway, they choose the lightening and other such affects. The cameraman or person then sets the focus, shutter speed, etc – all being a mental selection. Once the “button” has been pressed and the photo taken and once the photo has been developed, the photo then again is analyzed as to being “good” or “bad.” And again, all is a matter of a personal perception by all who care to decide on the matter of whether a thing is good or bad, pretty or ugly. All perception lives in that thing or in that person who is doing the perceiving – no perception exists outside the camera of our own eyes. If I look at and judge another as being beautiful it is as though I have taken a mental photo of that person, developed the results in my mind through various means, looked at and had analyzed the mental photo and decide that person to be beautiful based on my own perception. Now what goes into the process of analyzing in each of us may be as varied as all possible ways of setting up and taking photos.
P.S. I am still working on this explaination - be patient. I know that it needs work. Thank you.
